This page sums up your rights when returning an order. The full rules are in sections 8 and 9 of our terms of sale, which prevail in case of any difference.
You have fourteen days from receiving your order to send it back, without giving any reason. If it arrives in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.
The simplest way is our online withdrawal form. You can also email us at magnoliayarns98@gmail.com before the period ends, with your order number and the products concerned. A model letter is appended to our terms of sale; you do not have to use it. We will acknowledge your request by email.

You pay the cost of returning the products. We pay it if the product you received is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.
Balls, skeins and cords must come back in their original condition. A ball or skein that has been unwound, rewound, washed or partly knitted can no longer be sold as new, and that loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
We refund everything you paid, including the original shipping costs, no later than fourteen days after receiving your request, using the payment method you used for the order and at no cost to you. If you chose a shipping method more expensive than our cheapest standard method, the difference is not refunded. We may wait until we receive the products, or proof that you have sent them, before refunding.
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, or a product is defective, email us with photos. You are covered by the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects: we replace or refund the product, and we pay the return shipping.
